We dropped off our 2019 Chevrolet Trax last Thrusday go a call saying it was fixed, our heater would be working fine and we would shut off the car and when we would get back in it wouldn't come on, we'll we picked up the car on Wednesday on it was blowing but not warm air as it need to heat up, we drove the car about 2 miles shut the car off and when we got back into the car it was not blowing no air so we had to take it back in and they said they think it is the blower motor, they had replaced the cable to the vents and the door lock. We had brought the extended warranty and we paid the deductible of $100. and told we may have to pay the deductible again because that is up to the warranty company. We feel we shouldn't have to pay again because the problem was not fixed. Megan in the service department was very kind and respectful and she said she will call us when our car is ready.

I received the maintenance that I requested as in the oil change, new wiper blades, check my tires and fluids and radiator flush. Jimmy informed me that my rear brake pads are in need of attention. I decided that the Winter Weather condition deem it necessary to have good brakes.

The delivery was smooth. The salesman (AJ) was great. It was quick and easy and I left a happy camper. I just have to get used to all of the upgrades. Whew!!

Kevin is great providing information about cars and pricing. He does not pressure you on a purchase which we appreciate. Another brand dealership we visited had a room for kids to play while talking in an office area. I would recommend considering that as it was easier to focus without managing young kids with you.

I was disappointed today. I came in because I have a lease car and got an email stating that it was time for maintenance. When I arrived, no one seemed to know why I was there, even though I made an appointment. I was wondering does it not come on your computers if my car was due for maintenance. So, the person who took care of me said "Ok we will do an oil change." I don't think he was very happy about it. Then I could not find the email and did not have your app on my phone. Again, I do not think he was happy about this also. It just was not a pleasant experience.

I was shocked how fast I was able to get in and out for my oil change and tire rotation. My only issue is my app for my truck now shows my vehicle is in for service still. Doesn't seem to impact any functions in the app though.

I called Wally Edgar when I saw advertising for sign and drive. Our lease end was fast approaching. My husband usually takes care of buying/leasing our vehicles, but he has been ill since before Christmas and is immune compromised. We have leased our vehicles from Graff in Davison (also purchased 2 new cars there in the past and have been more than happy there but we liked the idea of sign and drive since money is tight for us right now.) I called Wally Edgar and spoke to Brad Hammond. I explained our situation and he took care of all of the details. We took care of all of the paper work on the phone, through emails and Brad even had the new truck delivered to us. He was awesome and the whole experience was stress-free for us. I am so thankful for Brad and all of his help. Wally Edgar was awesome through Brad.

The service itself was 5-star but communication was poor! Tried to call for appointment on a Monday and was told their system was down and they would call back. No call. Scheduled online and described the three issues we had. Dropped car of with night drop and received a call the following morning asking what was wrong. When I stated I had put it all in the online scheduling system and sent pictures to the customer service rep that confirmed my appointment, they said they had a new system and none of that information was available.

The weight time was excellent. The staff are friendly and professional. Overall this is my favorite Chevy dealership.

Service experience was overall excellent; my expectations of the service techs is that they do it right the first time....so far Wally Edgar has not let me down in this regard. A key factor in my rating is how I am treated initially by the service rep. Again, excellent performance by the rep.

Andrea went the extra mile to help me get the car I wanted. She went over all the new features, helped to obtain my insurance binder. I was able to pick my car up later in the morning and drive it to work that day. Customer Service is very important when making such a large purchase and she is top notch.

My wife and I went in on a Saturday afternoon to test drive a Trailblazer. We were greeted by many employees and eventually assisted by Kevin Rangel to do some test drives. We were very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism is showing us a couple different models. After driving a total of four different vehicles we were able to make the right choice for our situation. We ended up putting a deposit down on a vehicle that same day.

I was greeted promptly in the busy Service Department and was very pleased to find both the Service Manager and the Service Writer with whom I worked to be enthusiastic, friendly and helpful. That the folks working in Wally Edgar's Service Shop are well tuned-in to their customers' needs was evident from the start. The problem with my 2007 Corvette was diagnosed the next day, needed parts were obtained, installed, calibrated and tested in very reasonable time. Jimmy had the car washed for me and it was returned in good shape (always a bit of a concern when taking the Vette to be serviced)! While only a few days have passed since the repair was completed, I do not have a long term report regarding the success of the repair. But I was assured that their work is fully warranted and that if problems were to arise they would be taken care of quickly. Wally Edgar Service Department gets two thumbs up!!

Brian Hildebrandt is an excellent salesman. He guided me through the process of turning in my lease vehicle. We also planned ahead to get the Equinox that I wanted for my new lease vehicle. The paperwork was smooth and easily accomplished. Brian also guided me through the new processes with the new car. Took my car in the morning for my appointment. Told they wouldn't look at my car until late in the day, and it would be fixed the next day. They didn't get it diagnosed until the morning two days later. The good news is it was fixed properly, just late.

They did a great job rotating tires and changing the oil, but the CarPlay still does not work I even bought a new IPhone 16 to see if it was my iPhone 13 causing the issue. To my disappointment I still cannot use CarPlay, text or search the web when I’m in the car! This has been going on for months. I’m going to call my salesperson tomorrow to try to get this issue fixed or get me into a new car! This is so upsetting.

I had an overall great experience. It was my first time purchasing a new vehicle and Jeff G. made the whole experience effortless.

There was a power outage at the dealership when I was in to get oil change and tire rotation. Fortunately my car was in the shop area and just finishing service. Pete, the service manager, was very kind to update me on the status of my vehicle, and when they couldn't write up a charge for the payment, he took all the information and submitted it manually. All with a smile. My car was brought out and I was on my way, just less than an hour.

I brought my car in on Monday 5/12 and was greeted but had to wait due to my service associate being busy which wasn’t a huge deal, I did have 3 different associates come and ask if they could help but when they found out I was assigned to someone they couldn’t help me. The process for diagnostics was fairly quick but the part was sent overnight and ended up routing through Kentucky which added multiple days to the fix. Communication could’ve been improved during the process, I felt like I had to call to gather information each time an update was needed.

Ryan was very helpful, professional, and friendly. He made my experience quick and easy. I have only been to the dealership a handful of times but I always leave highly satisfied with the service and overall experience.

My Chevy Traverse was repaired in relatively good time, as there was some extensive suspension work done. My rep, Mark, was very honest and helpful. I mentioned to him that my tires were due for rotation and that the tech could easily have done that while the wheels were off. I trust Edgar Chevy and will tell others people they should try the dealership. Also, a few weeks ago, the Body Shop manager checked out a scrape on the front fender and cleaned it off with a rag and solvent as a courtesy and didn't charge me a thing, which made me even more likely to return.

Andrea was wonderful in helping me navigate turning in my lease and signing up for another. She handled all the details every step of the way, going above and beyond. I would deal with her again for sure!

My Blazer needed an oil change, so I brought it in on my day off and talked to Jimmy. He made me feel like family. The oil change was done before I knew it. Loved the fact that I wasnt wasting time on my busy day off. Thank you Jimmy!

Nick was friendly, helpful and responsive from the very first phone call. Although I live an hour away, I chose to stay with Nick because of his service and trust I felt.

I was very happy with my experience! When I walked into the dealership I was greeted by Nick B. I explained my situation which was that I had did the work on my credit, but I was stuck with a car that no longer fit my needs. Nick understood that I was a single mom and woman that needed a dependable car. He took his time and explained and figured out everything and I left there with a brand new 2026 Chevy Equinox! I couldn't make it until 45 mins before closing, but I HAD to get my tire issue resolved so I could drive 1.5 hours to work the next day. Ryan was INCREDIBLE. He went above and beyond to help me, and remained patient and kind. I'm really grateful to the techs, biller, manager, and Ryan for taking care of me. I know it sucks when people come in close to closing, which is something I usually don't do, but it was nice to be taken care of under the circumstances. Thanks, Ryan and team!!!

Picked up on Saturday. Purchased the “tire package” has a flat on Sunday night and can’t get a new tire because you didn’t put us in the system. So now. No new car. Flat tire. But you still want payments. It’s been broke more then I drove it.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Our Sale’s Person, Kevin, was very patient and knowledgable. He gave me a variety of leasing options within my price point, and color preference. Leasing was a very quick and easy process.

My salesperson, Joe Raguso, quoted me a competitive price for the Blazer EV SS I leased, and he went above & beyond to streamline what is often a ponderous delivery process. From start to finish, I spent less time at the dealership than I ever have taking delivery on a vehicle, and I have been through that process over two dozen times in my life. This is my first EV and Joe took the time to be sure I understood things that are unique to EVs and answer any questions I had before I left.

Your parts department had the brake pads and rotors they needed to make one of the repairs my vehicle required on the day I brought my 2016 Equinox in for service. But they also went out of their way to get a resonator from another dealership, so that they could finish my the second repair it needed on the same day.
